Lillian Strzelski, sixth grade student at Pennridge School District died by suicide in Perkasie borough, PA

Deep Run Valley Sports Association and Pennridge School District communities are mourning the death of a junior athletic student who passed away tragically. Lillian Strzelski was found dead unexpectedly on Sunday, September 14, 2024.

According to reports, the 12-year-old died from an apparent suicide in Perkasie borough, PA. Community members have described Lillian as a resilient female who possesses high energy and is a great teammate. “She was a standout player for her enthusiasm, aggressiveness, and good attitude. I even made it a point to go out of my way to give her positive feedback about her pitching and overall gameplay as the opposing team’s coach. She just had a spark that everyone could see. Her loss so deeply saddens me and I send my condolences to her family,” a concerned resident wrote.

The 6th grader was a talented player, a wonderful teammate, and a sweetheart on and off the field.
