Law enforcement agencies in Detroit, Michigan are investigating reports of a shooting at the Eastern Market on Sunday evening. According to reports, two people have died following the shooting that happened at the Detroit Lions Eastern Market Tailgating.
The incident happened during the Lions game event in the Eastern Market. Detriot Police were called to the scene near Russel St and Fischer FWY at Shed 6. Law enforcement agencies say the investigation is ongoing and everyone is urged to avoid the scene.

Law enforcement agencies were called to the scene for a gunfire report. Authorities say an altercation broke out among several individuals at the tailgating event. Multiple shots were fired, striking two men, they were pronounced dead at the scene. one of the victims has been identified by locals as a resident and beloved community member.

Information is all over the place, but DFD/EMS & DPD reported 2 males down, a large crowd, and a lot of screaming by units on scene. A perimeter is being established. Dispatch is having a difficult time gathering information from the scene. Dispatch reports units responding from every district. Other dispatch audio asks units to slow it down. Other dispatch audio says 1 person has been detained, but a roll call of units suggests no one has been detained
